Hour 6: Can we metamorph a developer into a designer please?

The Tech team are bombing along nicely. They’re confident they can do all the colour matching stuff required to make Dr Hue work (lots of geekbabble about RGB values and Symfony etc) and TradeDoubler have got us on their system in just a few hours – when it normally takes a week. Awesome stuff – thanks guys.
UPDATE: we want as many affiliate product feeds to play with as possible… anyone got some for us?

However, because of the (totally understandable) wrangling over a name, the creative side of things is playing catch-up – with the dudes still on sketches! So, logo design needs to happen FAST and so does web design. Eeek!
Does anyone know a magic spell to turn web developers into graphic designers?
(On the plus side, we just ordered loads of pizza.)

Pizza will always aid the thought process, so long as you don’t mix it with beer – if you do that you’ll be slower on the thought process, but a million times quicker on creativity
